These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client") and AGM Cleaning Services ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

Services Provided

AGM Cleaning Services provides residential and commercial cleaning solutions including:

  • Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning

  • Recurring Cleaning Programs

Service scope and specifics are determined during the initial consultation or booking process.

Booking & Scheduling

All bookings are subject to availability. We will confirm your appointment via email or phone within 24 hours of receiving your request.

An initial property inspection may be required before service commencement to provide an accurate quote and timeline.

Pricing & Payments

Pricing is determined based on property size, service type, and specific requirements discussed during consultation.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and digital payment methods.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled service will receive a full refund or rescheduling at no charge.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted service price.

No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full service amount.

Access to Property

The Client is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time.

If our team is unable to access the property at the agreed time, a rescheduling fee may apply.

We recommend securing valuables and personal items before our team arrives.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion.

We will arrange a complimentary re-clean of the affected areas at no additional cost.

Damage & Liability

AGM Cleaning Services is fully licensed and insured. In the unlikely event of accidental damage during service, please report it within 48 hours.

We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items left in areas being cleaned without prior notification.

Health & Safety

Our team follows strict health and safety protocols. We use eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products unless otherwise requested.

Clients must inform us of any hazardous materials, pest infestations, or unsafe conditions on the property prior to service.

Use of Website

By accessing our website, you agree to use it lawfully and not to engage in any activity that could harm, disable, or impair the site's functionality.
