Introduction
Building at the intersection of disciplines.
Kojo Asare is the founder of Auvix Global Movers LLC, a company built around the convergence of technology, design, business intelligence, and execution.
His professional journey has moved across disciplines that are often treated separately: visual communication and branding, customer experience and business operations, business analytics, software development, and entrepreneurship.
That multidisciplinary progression shapes the philosophy behind AUVIX: meaningful innovation does not come from technology alone. It emerges when design, data, business understanding, and execution work together to solve real problems.
Professional Journey
A career shaped by progression, not boundaries.
Kojo's professional journey began in visual communication and developed into a broader exploration of how organizations communicate, operate, make decisions, and build products.
Over time, creative work expanded into brand strategy and business management. Business experience created a deeper interest in organizational performance and data. Analytics led naturally toward technology, where ideas could move beyond recommendations and become functioning digital systems.
Rather than abandoning one discipline for another, each stage became an additional layer.
Design developed an understanding of people.
Branding developed an understanding of perception.
Business developed an understanding of operations.
Analytics developed an understanding of evidence.
Technology created the ability to bring those disciplines together in working products and systems.
AUVIX represents the convergence of that journey.
Design Background
Design as a way of thinking.
Kojo's foundation in Communication Studies and visual communication established an early understanding that design is more than aesthetics. It is the deliberate organization of information, ideas, and experiences so that people can understand and interact with them effectively.
That thinking became central to his work through Artkojo, a branding and creative consultancy founded in Ghana.
Through Artkojo, his work expanded across brand development, visual communication, and creative strategy, including work associated with organizations across technology, healthcare, energy, and telecommunications.
The experience reinforced a principle that continues to influence AUVIX today:
Good design should make complexity easier to understand.
That principle now extends beyond graphic communication into user interfaces, digital products, business systems, and customer experiences.
Business Experience
Understanding the system behind the experience.
Design eventually led deeper into business operations.
As a Store & Brand Manager within a Samsung Brand Store environment, Kojo's responsibilities extended across sales performance, customer experience, inventory planning, and brand execution.
The experience provided a practical view of the relationship between brand promise and operational reality.
A customer does not experience a company through its logo alone. They experience inventory availability, employee interactions, processes, technology, service quality, communication, and the consistency with which the organization delivers.
That understanding became increasingly important to the philosophy behind AUVIX.
The objective is not simply to create something that looks effective.
It must also work effectively.
Analytics
Turning information into direction.
Kojo later expanded his business foundation through graduate study in Business Analytics as part of his MBA at Robert Morris University.
This introduced another dimension to his approach: using data not simply to describe what happened, but to improve decision-making.
His analytical work has included areas such as business performance measurement, data visualization, operational analysis, forecasting, financial analysis, KPI development, and decision-support frameworks.
Analytics strengthened a fundamental idea behind AUVIX:
Businesses generate enormous amounts of information. The value comes from turning that information into decisions.
This is why business analytics sits alongside technology and design within AUVIX rather than operating as an isolated capability.
Design helps people understand.
Technology enables systems to operate.
Analytics helps organizations determine what those systems are telling them.
Technology
From designing experiences to building systems.
The progression into technology represented a natural extension of Kojo's earlier work.
Instead of stopping at the interface, brand, business recommendation, or analytical insight, software development created the ability to translate ideas into functioning products.
His technology work has increasingly focused on the development of web applications, SaaS products, user experiences, backend systems, APIs, deployment infrastructure, and digital product architecture.
This evolution has also shaped the development of products and technology initiatives within the AUVIX portfolio, including Boafo, CodeEye, and AGM Cloud.
The philosophy remains consistent:
Technology should not exist simply because it can be built.
It should solve a meaningful problem, improve an experience, enable a business process, or create a new capability.
Entrepreneurship
Building, not simply advising.
Entrepreneurship connects the different stages of Kojo's professional development.
AUVIX's portfolio reflects an interest in building across both the digital and physical economy.
Boafo represents product and platform development.
CodeEye represents AUVIX's expanding technology and software development direction.
AGM Cloud extends the company's technology ecosystem.
AGM Cleaning Services demonstrates the application of branding, systems, customer experience, and operational thinking to a service business operating in the physical economy.
These businesses differ in what they deliver, but the underlying process remains connected:
Identify a problem. Understand the user. Design the system. Build the solution. Measure the result. Improve it.
This is the operating logic behind the broader AUVIX portfolio.
Founding Philosophy
Move what matters forward.
Auvix Global Movers was built around a simple idea: progress happens when disciplines connect.
The name Global Movers therefore represents more than physical movement.
It represents the movement of ideas into products.
Data into decisions.
Design into experiences.
Technology into capability.
Strategy into execution.
And businesses from where they are toward where they need to be.
Kojo's founding philosophy is that organizations should not have to choose between creativity and analytical rigor, or between strategy and execution.
The strongest solutions often emerge when these capabilities work together.
That philosophy is expressed through a continuous process:
Strategy → Design → Build → Measure → Improve
It is also reflected symbolically in the continuous geometry of the AUVIX identity: different movements connected as one system.
AUVIX Vision
Building what comes next.
The long-term vision for Auvix Global Movers is to develop an organization capable of creating, operating, and supporting businesses and technologies across disciplines.
AUVIX is being built around the intersection of:
Technology
Design
Intelligence
Operations
The objective is not simply to become another software company, creative agency, analytics consultancy, or business services organization.
It is to develop the capability to move between those disciplines when solving problems requires it.
Through its portfolio and future ventures, AUVIX aims to continue building digital products, business systems, analytical capabilities, and operating businesses around a common principle:
Move what matters forward.
